š Release Notes 5.2.11 - Release dedicated to maintenance and bug fixes
Coming August 30th! This release marks our second dedicated maintenance and bug fix release, which will occur for releases with odd numbered releases (ex: 5.2.11). This update resolves a wide range of issues across intake forms, workflow tasks, chart downloads, and moreādelivering increased reliability and consistency throughout the GivingData platform.
š Notable Bug Fixes
Each release includes bug fixes to enhance stability and improve your experience. Here are some key fixes:
- Request Date: The field, Request Date, was unable to be edited from the Request Required Checklist. This has been resolved and the date can be updated by clicking the pencil icon next to the Request Date checklist field.
- Workflow Tasks: Tasks linked to Payment and Requirement records were not displaying on the linked Payment and Requirement records. This has been resolved and all linked tasks will display on the Payment or Requirement record overview tab.
- Home Page Chart Downloads: Home Page Super Search Bar Charts were not downloaded upon initiating a chart download. This has been resolved and all Home Page Super Search Charts can be downloaded.
- Request Coding for Split Percentages: In scenarios where a request is approved for $0.00, but had a recommended amount higher than $0.00, the split percentage coding values would be based on the recommended amount instead of the approved amount. This has been updated to base the split percentage coding values off of the approved grant amount even if the approved amount is $0.00.
- Payment Super Search: An error resulted from running a Payment Super Search with Organization or Request Custom Fields added as a column and then used to sort the list view. This error has been resolved.
- Workflow Task Title: When editing a Task Title, the text box was condensed and required users to scroll to make edits. Now the text box will display across the screen, up to 100 characters, before requiring scrolling to make changes.
- Grantee Portal Intake Forms: When attempting to print an intake form from the Grantee Portal, the assessment group name was not displaying correctly. This is resolved. Note: the assessment group name was displayed properly within the intake form to Grantees as they completed the form; however, the issue was occurring when a Grantee Portal User attempted to print the form.
- Submitting a Support Request: An error was appearing when submitting a support request form in GivingData. This is resolved.
- Grantee Portal Form Import - Contact Email: When importing an email for a contact from a Grantee Portal Intake Form, a duplicate email was added to the Contact record with a new email type. This has been resolved and the duplicate email will no longer be created after import.
