Incomplete Portal Users

For clients who manage Unsolicited Applications, GivingData offers the ability to identify users who have created an account but not finished the registration process. Only GivingData administrators can view incomplete Portal Users.

The Registration Process 

Grantee Portal Users must complete a 2-step registration process in order to create an account.  First, a user must create an account.

Then, the user must click on the “Activate Your Account” button in their email to activate the account.

Incomplete Portal Users are users who have created an account, but not activated it. 

Incomplete Portal Accounts

A GivingData administrator can identify incomplete Portal accounts by navigating to the Settings menu and selecting “Incomplete Portal User Accounts” under the Users, Roles, and Permissions menu.

The username/email for all users who have not completed the process to create a user account will appear on the resulting page. This list may be exported to Excel.
