Manage Site Colors and Logo

Customize your GivingData site colors and logo to match your organization's branding.

  1. Click the gear icon in the quick navigation menu. 
  2. Click Logo & Branding.

Manage the site logo.  

The site logo appears in the upper-left corner of your GivingData site, as well as in the grantee, external reviewer, and board portals (if in use). The logo is also automatically inserted into emails sent from your GivingData site to users or portal users (e.g. workflow notification emails, application invitation emails, etc.). 

  • Click the pencil icon to upload a new logo. 
    • The logo should be in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif format with a transparent background. 
    • Any height and width are acceptable, as the file will be automatically scaled to fit in the logo area. pencil icon

  • Click the trash can icon to delete the existing logo. trash can icon

Manage the site colors in the Theme and Chart Colors sections.  

  • Click the pencil icon next to a color to edit it. 
  • Click Add New Chart Color to add an additional color for use in charts and visualizations.add new chart color button

  • Click the trash can icon next to a chart color to delete it. trash can icon

  • Drag and drop chart colors into the desired order. 
    • The first color in the list will be used first in charts and visualizations, followed by the second, etc. Drag and drop icon

  • The following site colors can be customized: 
    • Title – This color is used on header titles throughout the site, such as on dashboards and standard reports. 
    • Subtitle - This color is used on subtitles throughout the site, such as on dashboards and standard reports. 
    • Link – This color is used on links, such as on the home page and dashboards. 
    • TopNavigation – This is the color used for the navigation bar and quick navigation icons. 
    • Dark1 – This is the primary color used for dark highlights, such as for tags and selected text. 
    • Dark2 – This is the secondary color used for dark highlights, such as for the hover state on quick navigation icons. 
    • Chart Colors – These colors are used in charts and visualizations throughout the site. theme colors
