Improvements

• Added the ability to change payments' fiscal years in batch from a Payments Super Search.
• Added a link to the Knowledge Base in the footer of all GivingData sites.

Fixes

• Resolved a bug with importing mapped assessment data. Prior to the fix, the dropdown list of assessment periods is not populated on the first attempt to import the data.
• Fixed a bug with the Grants Commitment Schedule report. The report was previously not registering some payments scheduled for the first day of a future fiscal year.
• Resolved an issue with updating the default contacts included in the cc and "To" fields in a batch email template. Prior to the fix, the email was still sent out to the original default contacts.
• Resolved a bug with the cc field when batch sending an email. Prior to the fix, the field functioned both as a dropdown and as a text field.
• Updated the text of an error message when deleting an unsolicited application with an associated campaign.
