Release Notes 4.7.14 and 4.7.15

Published on February 6, 2022, this release contains improvements and fixes from versions 4.7.14 and 4.7.15.

Improvements

  • Added the ability to view a Payments or Approvals Dashboard by a specific date range (in addition to by fiscal year). 
  • Added the ability to generate an Outlook Add-In manifest from Settings > Organizations & People > Interactions > Outlook Add-In. 

Fixes

  • Resolved a bug in which grantees occasionally could not submit an intake entry via the Grantee Portal.
  • Fixed a problem with editing dropdown fields in a Grantee Portal Intake Form template. Prior to the fix, when editing dropdown fields within template (i.e. adding help text to this dropdown field, changing whether the field is required, or updating the field’s display settings), the field would be converted to a text field rather than a dropdown field. Any conditional logic based on the dropdown field would also be lost. This fix was merged back to 4.7.12.1. 
  • Corrected a bug occurring when editing codes in Settings. If an error occurred while reordering codes in Settings, codes could be deleted. This fix was merged back to version 4.7.11. 
  • Fixed an error occurring when manually changing an intake entry's status to "Submitted" in GivingData. 
  • Fixed an issue with the batch updating of the Pending Date field and Pending Amount field values (set in Settings). These updated values were not connecting to the Approvals Dashboard prior to the fix. This fix was also merged back to version 4.7.12. 
  • Fixed an issue with adding ideas to the redesigned Scenario Planning with lowest level coding. When Lowest Level coding is set to Yes in Settings, users can no longer add a new idea at any level in Scenario Planning. 
  • Fixed a bug and re-added "GIFTS ID" as a search criteria option in Super Search. 
  • Fixed a display issue with new Payments Dashboards. After switching from a Payments Dashboard to Scenario Planning and then back again, the Payment Summary no longer had the option to collapse disposition groups (prior to the fix). 
  • Resolved a display issue with a Payment Summary chart. On a Payments Dashboard, viewing the chart by a specific code ("By Age Group"), caused the chart itself not to display. 
  • Fixed an error occurring on a Payments Dashboard and in Super Search when one criteria was a Request's "Application Status" field. 
  • Corrected a bug with exporting a report from the Reports Tool to Excel. Prior to the fix, the character "/" would cause an error message. This character will now be changed to "-" to allow the export. Users can also manually remove "/" from their report titles with a character of their choice.
  • Corrected a problem with document types not properly appearing in the Request Detail > Documents tab. Prior to the fix, icons appeared in the Document Types column but the text listing the exact document types did not appear. 
  • Corrected a bug with removing upcoming and overdue notifications from an intake form in Settings. 
  • Resolved permissions issues occurring after retroactively adding a Grantee Portal Report intake form to a requirement. 
  • Resolved a timeout error occurring when deleting documents from an Organization record. 
  • Fixed a bug with overdue notifications in the External Reviewer Portal. Prior to the fix, some external reviewers received overdue notifications despite having submitted their assigned reviews. 
  • Corrected an issue with a document's publishing timestamp. Prior to the fix, the date of publishing updated to the current time and date, rather than when the document was actually published.
