Release Notes 4.7.6

This release contains improvements for the Grantee Portal and interactions.

Improvements

  • Added help text to the Grantee Portal login page, stating "You are logging into a Grantee Portal supported by GivingData. If you already have a user account with an organization that uses GivingData for its Grantee Portal, please use your current username and password to log in." This text appears starting in version 4.7.4.
  • Added the ability to relabel the name of contact custom fields as they appear to an applicant/grantee through an intake form. When adding or editing an existing contact role field, click the "Select Contact Data to Collect" button in the add or edit field modal. This will open a new "Select Contact Data to Collect" modal in which users can edit contact custom fields' labels. To do so, click the down arrow/triangle next to the relevant contact custom field, and enter the desired label in the field. Then click Update in the modal, then click Save on the original modal. 
  • Added a help text field to all Requirement fields (including custom fields) in Grantee Portal intake forms. 
  • Added an error message that appears when uploading a file over 20 MB (of a supported file type) to an interaction record. The error message indicates that the upload was not successful because the file is too large. 

Fixes

  • Fixed an error occurring when exporting Portal Users to Excel or CSV. 
  • Resolved a time-out issue with Grantee Portal password reset email links. 
  • Resolved an issue in which Grantee Portal password reset emails lacked header content (including foundation logo). 
  • Corrected a display bug with certain required questions when viewing an intake form from the Grantee Portal Intake Forms Dashboard. Prior to the fix, if a required question is a dropdown field on which conditional logic is based, then the required question did not display with a red required asterisk when viewing the in-progress application from the dashboard. 
  • Corrected a bug in which imported code types assignable only to Contacts did not display in Settings. 
  • Resolved bugs with two permissions in Organization Settings: "Include Planning Request Data in Grantee 360" and "Allow Requests on Vendor Organizations." Prior the fix, clicking the edit button for each permission did not open a modal and instead produced an error.
  • Fixed a bug with Notable Expenses displaying in the Grantee Portal despite not being set up to do so. 
  • Corrected a bug in which primary staff were not assigned to automatically triggered workflows from task completed actions. 
  • Fixed an error occurring when creating a renewal Request. 
  • Corrected an error occurring when declining a Request with an attached Payment that had Documents and/or Super Docs assigned to it.
  • Fixed a bug with contact links from an Interaction record. Prior to the fix, links to contact records on the Overview page of the Interaction Details modal did not function.
