Configure a checklist of required fields to be completed by staff for each request record.
The required request fields checklist is available with the Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. Contact your CSM to confirm details about which features are included with your specific subscription.
Certain request fields can be configured as required on request records in your site. These fields must then be completed by staff in order for the checklist to show as complete, but a request can still be approved or declined with an incomplete checklist. Most fields included within the checklist can be edited directly from the checklist, increasing efficiency for staff.
The required fields display in a Complete This Request checklist on the Overview tab of a request record, as shown in the example below.
Contact your CSM to configure the required request fields checklist for your site.
If any codes in your site are marked as required, they are automatically included at the bottom of the required request fields checklist. The Request Created checklist item appears first and cannot be removed from the checklist.

- Application Due Date
- If no invited application intake forms are added to the request, this field can be edited directly. If an invited application intake form is added, its due date overrides a manual entry in this field.
- If multiple invited application intake forms are added, the option is given when adding the additional forms to choose which form populates this field.
- If no invited application intake forms are added to the request, this field can be edited directly. If an invited application intake form is added, its due date overrides a manual entry in this field.
- Application Receipt Date
- If no invited application intake forms are added to the request, this field can be edited directly. If an invited application intake form is added, its receipt date overrides a manual entry in this field.

- Tax Deductible Amount

- A value can be entered in this field from the checklist even if the other matching gift fields do not have values entered. After refreshing the page, the other matching gift fields will populate accordingly.
- Matching Multiplier

- When editing this field from the checklist, it is only possible to type the donor’s name. When editing directly from the request record, it is also possible to select a staff member from the list of users in your site.
