Submitting a GivingData Support Ticket

There are several ways to submit a support ticket to GivingData.

From within GivingData

To submit a support request from within GivingData, scroll to the bottom of any screen in the site. 

Click “Submit a Support Request.”

Fill out the fields in the modal that appears. Learn how to submit the most helpful and efficient request in this article

Via Email

Email support@givingdata.com with screenshots and the information in the above modal to submit a support ticket.

From an Error Message

When a red error message appears in GivingData, there is often a link within the red box to submit a support ticket. This link takes you to the modal shown above, where you can submit a support ticket from within GivingData.
