Submitting a GivingData Support Ticket

There are several ways to submit a support ticket to GivingData.
From within GivingData
To submit a support request from within GivingData, click the question mark icon in the upper navigation bar, and then click Support Request.
Fill out the fields in the modal that appears. Learn how to submit the most helpful and efficient request in this article.
Via Email
Email support@givingdata.com with screenshots and the information in the above modal to submit a support ticket.
From an Error Message
When a red error message appears in GivingData, there is often a link within the red box to submit a support ticket. This link takes you to the modal shown above, where you can submit a support ticket from within GivingData.
