Submitting External Review Forms

After setting up a portal account, a reviewer can read and evaluate the applications assigned to them.

Entering the Portal

Upon entering the Review Portal, the reviewer will have a list of the application(s) they are responsible for completing.

The reviewer will be able to view the application and the review form side-by-side within the same window. The application questions and answers will be displayed on the left side of the screen for the reviewer to scroll through. On the right side of the screen, the reviewer can begin the review form and navigate to its different pages.

In addition, a reviewer can view the completed reviews from others by clicking on “View All Reviews.” Whether or not this is displayed to the reviewer depends on the Review Portal Setting, “Reviewer Privacy.” If it is displayed, the reviewer can click on the “View All Reviews” button and view already submitted reviews.

There are screen size constraints on the side-by-side view. For users on screens smaller than 768px wide, there will be a toggle at the bottom of the page to switch between the Application and the Review form. When toggling to the Application from the Review form, the user can return to the Review form and be brought back to the most recent page they visited. See the image below.

Submitting an External Review Form

Once a reviewer has completed their review(s), their homepage will now show the status as “Submitted” rather than “Invited.”
