Learn how to check organizations and contacts with the Bridger Insight integration.
Screening a Single Organization Record
To check an individual organization against the watchlists defined in System Settings, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the organization record.
- Click the Watchlist Checks tab.
- Click the yellow “Check Watchlists” button.
- If no potential matches were found, a result of zero matches will be logged on the Watchlist checks tab, and the process is complete. The user who executed the check is logged, as well as the date and time they ran the check.
- If a potential match is found, the watchlist check is returned with an “In Progress Status.” The user can click “view/manage results” to see the specific lists that potential matches were found on, and what record(s) produced a potential match.
-
- While the results are being researched, an alert of “Watchlist Potential” is added to the organization overview tab, so that other users are made aware that this organization may have a watchlist match.
-
- For each potential match, the user designates whether it is a valid match or a false positive. The user has the option to add notes when selecting a status.
- If the user designates a match as a false positive, they have the option to add the organization to the Accept List. The next time this organization is checked against the watchlists, a potential match will not be returned.
- After all potential matches have been designated as either a False Positive or a Match, the watchlist moves from In Progress to Completed.
- If any of the potential matches were determined to be valid matches, the alert on the Organization Overview tab changes to Watchlist Match, so that users know, when navigating to the organization record, that the organization is listed on one or more watchlists.
- If the potential matches were designated as false positives, the organization alert is cleared.
Screening a Single Contact Record
To check an individual:
- Navigate to their contact record.
- Go to the Watchlist Checks tab on the contact record.

- The behavior works the same as in the Organization Watchlist check above.

- If there are any matches, they will be listed in the notifications area with links to each relevant record.
