Yes - documents can be migrated to GivingData Cloud from another repository service. In order to do this, existing documents would need to be downloaded in an archive and shared with your GivingData representative so that our team can complete the migration to GivingData Cloud.
Which cloud service provider does GivingData Cloud use?
Documents stored in GivingData Cloud are stored in Azure Blob Storage. Each GivingData client using GivingData Cloud will have their own Azure storage account, so that all documents are stored together and cannot be accessible by other GivingData clients.
