Troubleshooting the Outlook Add-In

 

1. Open the GivingData Outlook Add-In from any email in your inbox.

2. Close the login popup (shown below) if it appears.

3. Click on the side panel when it displays the following message. Hold the Shift key and press F5 on your keyboard. This will refresh the Add-In panel.

4. The login pop-up will appear once more. Log in to your GivingData account to start using the Add-In.

5. If still unsuccessful, close the login pop-up and Add-In side panel. Then reopen the Add-In and try to log in again.

For Mac Users:

1. Open the GivingData Outlook Add-In from any email in your inbox.

2. Click 'Ignore' in the side panel.

3. Click on the side panel when it displays the following message. Hold the Shift key and press F5 on your keyboard. This will refresh the Add-In panel.

4. Once refreshed, click 'Reopen Login Popup' and log in to your account.

5. If unsuccessful, you may need to close the login pop-up and the Add-In side panel before trying the steps once more.
