Release Notes 5.0.1

Published on June 12, 2022, this version contains the new Chart View feature along with improvements to Dashboards, Scenario Planning, and the Budget Manager.

New Feature: Chart View

Added Chart View to visualize data from Super Search results. Users can view data in Comparison Charts or Trend Charts. 

Major Improvements

  • Added the ability to drill down into sub-codes on Payments and Approvals Dashboards. Clicking on any code in the Allocation Summary drills down into the sub-codes of that code. 
  • Added the ability to add more fields/columns to Scenario Planning via the yellow Edit Columns button.
  • Added a setting in Platform Configuration to control whether codes with no active data can be hidden from Payments/Approvals Dashboards in the Dashboard View.
  • Added functionality to save fiscal year and date range selections in a Payments/Approvals Dashboard when navigating away from the page. 
  • Added functionality to hide void and cancelled payment statuses without associated records from Payments Dashboards. 
  • Added the ability for the Budget Manager to roll up sub-code values to the top level. 
  • Added the ability to track the Original Amount for any budget code in the Budget Manager and to display the difference between the Original Budget and the current allocation. Also added the ability to manage notes for any budget code in the Budget Manager. 

Notable Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug occurring when importing mapped fields from an Intake Form. This fix was also hot fixed back to version 5.0. 
  • Fixed a bug with recipient replies to in-app emails not being captured as interactions in GivingData. This fix was also hot fixed back to version 5.0. 
  • Resolved a bug affecting the ability to change the order of Categories in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning assessments. This fix was applied as a hot fix to 5.0. 

Other Improvements

  • Improved performance for contact merge and delete functions. 
  • Made changes to improve accuracy of Suggested Organizations populating when adding an Organization.
  • Added notification to let user know when report exceeds row limit threshold (500 records).

Other Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with emails logging as Status = "None" in the Activity Log. This fix was hot fixed back to version 5.0. 
  • Fixed a bug with the Payments YTD Report not following the Fiscal Year. 
  • Resolved a one-day payment date differential between the Portal and GivingData. 
  • Resolved a discrepancy between the Grant Term on a Request record and the imported Grant Term in the Import Files & Mapped Fields Data modal.
  • Corrected a display issue when printing an Organization's tax verification status. 
  • Fixed a bug with the Average Reviewer Overall Rating column's data in the Grantee Portal Intake Form Dashboard under In Review and under Review Comparison > Overall Rating > Response Average. 
  • Fixed an error in the Reports Tool. 
  • Fixed an error occurring when deleting a Request linked to Request-specific assessment sources assigned to a Workflow. 
  • Fixed an error when generating a document from a template. 
  • Resolved an issue with setting a contact to inactive. 
  • Fixed a bug where the Declination Date of a Request did not always persist when changed.
  • Resolved a bug with assigning a document to a Requirement.  
  • Corrected an error occurring when adding a task to a Requirement, Payment, or Intake Entry workflow. 
  • Resolved an error occurring when sending an in-app email from an Organization record.
  • Resolved an error occurring when creating a Payments Dashboard with codes not at the lowest level. 
  • Fixed an error message occurring when manually adding a date range to Payments/Approvals Dashboards. 
  • Resolved a bug with Overdue Requirements numbers on the Requirements Dashboards.
  • Fixed a bug with the print button at the top of all pages.  
  • Resolved an issue with Excel pop-ups appearing when exporting a Report to Excel. 
  • Fixed a bug in which a public saved search (previously private) reverted back to its original owner after it was transferred to a new owner. 
  • Fixed an error occurring when adding a document to records in Super Search batch edit. 
  • Fixed a bug with the Percent of Project Budget field not showing up on a Request’s Payment tab once the Request is approved. 
  • Resolved an issue with an Organization's Most Recent BudgetYear > Year Ending field in Super Search results. 
  • Fixed a display issue with the names of inactive Reports.
