Release 5.1.11, scheduled for deployment on October 19th, includes two new features and enhancements and one notable bug fix.
Multi-Factor Authentication for GivingData and Portal logins
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available to enhance security for the GivingData native login and the portal login. Once enabled, logging in will become a two step process that requires users to enter their standard credentials followed by a verification code sent to their email. Admins looking to add an extra layer of security for their staff or grantee portal logins can do so by requesting to have MFA enabled for the native GivingData login, the portal login, or both. This is an optional feature and is not required.

Bulk Actions and Centralized Monitoring for External Review
The new External Reviewer Management page on the Grantee Portal Intake Forms Dashboard will streamline the process of adding review forms and reviewers to large quantities of applications at the same time, while also offering a centralized location to monitor the progress of reviewer’s submissions and scoring for specific review forms. As part of these enhancements, users will be given an overview of the progress of each review form at a glance, view a list of assigned reviewers to double check for accuracy, and perform bulk operations such as adding review forms to applications, adding reviewers to those review forms, and sending invitations to reviewers to complete the forms.
