External Reviewer Portal Application and Review Form Side-by-Side View

The view of the External Reviewer form has been redesigned to have a side-by-side view of the Application form and the Review form. External Reviewers will benefit from being able to scroll through the Application on half of the screen while being able to respond to the Review form questions and click through the Review Form pages on the other half of the screen. There are screen size constraints on this view– screens smaller than 768px wide will have a toggle between the Application and the Review form. The view of editing External Reviewer Forms has also been updated to have a side-by-side view of the Application pages and Reviewer Form fields and pages.

Grantee Portal Setting to Disable Default Selections when Importing New Contacts

The new Grantee Portal Setting, “Disable Default Selections When Importing New Contacts,” will allow for disabling default selections when importing new contacts from the Grantee Portal. If this setting is set to “Yes,” the Import New Contacts step of the intake form data import does not have any import options selected by default. Users must make selections for each new contact. This setting will be set to “No” by default, meaning that the default import selection is “Update Existing Contact” if a similar contact record is found OR if no similar contact record is found, the default import selection is “Create Contact.”
