Batch Editing from Super Search

GivingData end-users can make changes to multiple records at once through a Batch Editing process in Super Search. Common uses of batch editing include changing request statuses and performing Bridger Insight Watchlist Checks.

From a Super Search list view, select ‘Batch Edit’.

The system will automatically select all records within the search. If you’d like to pick just a few records within the Super Search, uncheck the box beside ‘Select All’. Then select the records you’d like to batch edit.

Next, click ‘Select an Action’. Choose an option from the dropdown menu, then select ‘Go’.

An Edit Modal will appear. Select an option from the dropdown menu and/or answer any required prompts. Then click ‘Update’.

The options for batch editing will change depending on the entity (e.g requests, payments, requirements) upon which your search is based.
