Record information and view related data for funding requests in GivingData.
A request record holds all of the information related to an organization’s request for funding. Each request record can have one or more applications or other grantee portal intake forms added. One or more requirements, such as a final grant report, can also be added to a request. Payment records are also accessible from the request record.

View and Edit Information on a Request Record
Once added to the site, additional information can be added to a request record on each of its tabs. The information can then be viewed and updated. Some of the request record tabs include workflows, payments, and grantee portal. Grantee portal intake forms, such as an invited application form, can be added to the request from the grantee portal tab. A required request fields checklist can be added to request records to ensure that key fields are completed for each request.

There are five request dispositions in the site representing various stages in a request’s lifecycle, and custom statuses can be configured within three of the dispositions. A fiscal sponsor can also be tracked on the request record, and grant renewals can be managed.
Manage Request Settings
Multiple settings can be configured related to the information contained on request records. These settings can be managed from Admin Tools & Settings.
