Printing Intake Forms
Learn how to print any intake form regardless of its status.
From the Grantee Portal tab on the Request page, click “View Application” or “View Report” (depending on the intake form type).
The intake form and any completed answers will appear.
Next, click “Print” in the upper right corner of the screen.
Check the box for “Include Comments” to print any comments entered into the Comment box of the intake form. Click “Print” in the bottom right corner to print.
To print a blank application or report form, add an intake form to a request record and follow the above steps.
